For a correction or a problem with a guide
Email is the fastest route. Include as much of this as you can — it is usually the difference between a guess and an answer:
- The page address.
- The machine: make, model, and firmware mode if you know it.
- The image and the tool you used, with versions.
- The exact wording of any message on screen.
- What you have already tried.
Please note. I cannot provide support for other developers' software. A bug in a tool belongs in that project's own issue tracker, where the people who can fix it will see it.
